Archived Events Folder
If you have Manage Events permissions and accidentally create a new event, or the customer cancels the event, you can now Archive it. You can also re-open the event at any time if needed.
In this article, you'll learn how to archive events and re-open an event.
How to Archive an Event
Step 1: Navigate to the Upcoming events. Identify the event that's no longer needed.
Step 2: Open the event you want to Archive
Step 3: Click on Edit event information button
Step 4: Change the Event status to “Cancelled.”
Step 5: Click on Update Event. This action moves the event from Upcoming Events to Archived Events.
Alternatively, if the event proceeds, follow these steps to re-open the event
How to Re-open the event.
Step 1: Navigate to the Archived Events tab.
Step 2: Open the event you want to re-open.
Step 3: Click on Edit event information button
Step 4: Change the Event status to “Pending or In Progress.”
Step 5: Update the event. This action moves the event from Archived Events to Upcoming Events and ready to be used
Handy Hint: If you're authorised to delete events, you might choose to delete the event from the Archived Events folder.
