Creating & Viewing User records - Team members, Customers & Suppliers
User records allow the software to track & manage login, password resets, permissions, audit trails & compliance

There are currently 3 types of User records in Circolo
- Team Members
- Customers
- Suppliers
All 3 cards are created, and edited, from the workspace dashboard. They must be created here first before they can be added to an event.
1. Team Members
- Go to Workspace dashboard > Team Members > Add new team member > click
- Add the users data
- First & Last names*
- Email* - where the invite is being sent & they will use to login
- Title - what is their role in your workspace
- click Send Invitation. Circolo Software will send the user an email with a temporary password code that the user will use to reset their password
2. Customers
- Go to Workspace dashboard > Customers > Add new Customer > click
- Add the users data
- First & Last names*
- Email* - where the invite is being sent & they will use to login
- Tags - add relevant Tags to this customer (if required)
- click Create Customer.
3. Suppliers
- Go to Workspace dashboard > Customers > Add new Customer > click
- Add the users data - *denotes mandatory fields
- Title* - Suppliers Business Name
- Description* - a snap shot description of the supplier
- Website
- Type- Grouping of types of Suppliers e.g florists, F&B, Priority Supplier
- Address
- Tags - add relevant Tags to this customer (if required)
- Contact Name*
- Contact Role*
- Contact Email* - where the invite is being sent & they will use to login
- Contact Phone*
- click Create Supplier.
