Creating & Viewing User records - Team members, Customers & Suppliers

User records allow the software to track & manage login, password resets, permissions, audit trails & compliance

There are currently 3 types of User records in Circolo

  1. Team Members
  2. Customers
  3. Suppliers

All 3 cards are created, and edited, from the workspace dashboard. They must be created here first before they can be added to an event.

1. Team Members

  • Go to Workspace dashboard > Team Members > Add new team member > click
  • Add the users data
    • First & Last names*
    • Email* - where the invite is being sent & they will use to login
    • Title - what is their role in your workspace
  • click Send Invitation. Circolo Software will send the user an email with a temporary password code that the user will use to reset their password

 

2. Customers

  • Go to Workspace dashboard > Customers > Add new Customer > click
  • Add the users data
    • First & Last names*
    • Email* - where the invite is being sent & they will use to login
    • Tags - add relevant Tags to this customer (if required)
  • click Create Customer.
 

3. Suppliers

  • Go to Workspace dashboard > Customers > Add new Customer > click
  • Add the users data - *denotes mandatory fields
    • Title* - Suppliers Business Name 
    • Description* - a snap shot description of the supplier
    • Website
    • Type- Grouping of types of Suppliers e.g florists, F&B, Priority Supplier
    • Address
    • Tags - add relevant Tags to this customer (if required)
    • Contact Name*
    • Contact Role*
    • Contact Email* - where the invite is being sent & they will use to login
    • Contact Phone*
  • click Create Supplier.
