Dashboards & Permission Groups in Circolo

Understand Circolo’s workspace vs event dashboards and the permissions that define what admins, managers, viewers, and external users can do.

 

In Circolo, the workspace provides two dashboards for managing data: the workspace-level dashboard, which gives a complete business-wide overview, and the event-level dashboard, which focuses on data for a single event.

User permissions can be assigned at four levels, ensuring the right access for every role:

  • Administrator (Paid Seat) – Full access to create, edit, delete, and upload.

  • Manage Permission Groups (Free) – Can manage almost all functions, except delete or upload.

  • View Permission Groups (Free) – Can view data and update any tasks or run sheets assigned to them.

  • External User Permission Groups (Free) – For team members, customers, or suppliers. They only access events they are assigned to, can update their tasks and run sheet items, and can view/print run sheets for those events.
