To learn how to download and what the fields require, click > How to download the Import template for Tasks & Task Related Run Sheet Items

Step 2: Open your downloaded CSV file to complete data to be imported.

Step 3: Ensure all mandatory fields are completed correctly

Step 4: If you're assigning the task to someone, they must already be in the event. Use their email address for assignment.

Step 6: To assign the task to multiple people, use a pipe (|) between email addresses.

Step 7: If you're importing multiple tasks for different people, it's easy to do it all at once. However, you can also do it individually.

Step 8: Set the task's priority as high, medium, or low. Decide how the user will be notified about the task, either via email, a notification in Circolo, or both.

Step 9: If you're using tags, they must already exist in the software. You can also add notes to provide an introduction to the task.

Step 10: If you want your task to become a run sheet item, mark it as "true" and provide the start and end date and time. If not, mark it as "false".

Step 12: Once you've filled out everything, click on File Save as, decide where to save the file, name it, and ensure it's saved as a CSV comma delimited file.
