The dashboard brings your task management together — review, prioritise, and complete your daily actions all from one view.

Welcome to your upgraded dashboard — your daily go-to for managing everything that matters ….like Tasks.

Step 1: Start by logging into your dashboard. Here, you'll notice the My Task list panel. The amount of information you see depends on your security permissions.

  • As an admin, you'll have access to a wealth of information
  • As a Team Member, you’ll have access to all your tasks across multiple events
  • As a Customer or Supplier, you’ll have access to all your tasks across multiple events



Step 2: Begin by examining the tasks assigned to you by expanding the task list to see all your tasks & to reveal multiple filters.

 

Step 3: You can filter your tasks view by using the filters

  • By Event name
  • by Priority
  • by Status

Step 4: Once you've made your decisions, click on the headers to change the layout.

Step 5: From this screen you can Start or Complete a task without opening OR

Step 6: Open up your task to make adjustments, add notes, and upload documents.

Admin & Manage Tasks Permissions

People who have either admin or Manage Tasks permissions have the ability to view tasks for themselves, individual people or all users. You can also check out the unassigned tasks. You can view all users to see what's happening, what needs to be done, and what's been completed.

If you need more information, open up the task to view any documents that have been uploaded, as well as its assignment status and any keynotes.
